At TheElectricOnline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home electronics and appliances. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
